Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TubeOS X collects, why, and what control you have. It works together with our Terms and Usage Policy.
Information we collect
Account details you give us: name, email address, country and time zone, plus your plan and billing status.
Content you create or upload: topics, scripts, character photos, voice selections, scenes, thumbnails and rendered videos.
Connection data: tokens for the channels and networks you authorise, so we can publish or fetch offers on your behalf.
Usage data: pages viewed, jobs run, errors and click events on your tracked links, used to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
To generate, render and publish your videos, to show your analytics, to provide support, to send transactional email such as verification and password resets, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private content to advertise to other users.
Processors we rely on
We use trusted providers for hosting, database and file storage, AI generation, video rendering, email delivery and payments. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to run TubeOS X.
Your content stays yours
Every project, character, offer and video in your account is scoped to your user account and is not visible to other customers.
Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. Deleted projects and videos are removed from storage. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can update your profile, disconnect a channel or delete content at any time from inside the app. To request an export or full deletion of your account, contact the help desk.
Transactional emails are required for account security; you can unsubscribe from product announcements at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your time zone and selected channel. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
