1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Accounts are for a single user or business. Sharing one account across an agency team is fine; reselling access to the platform is not, unless you have a written agreement with us.

2. Plans and billing

Access to TubeOS X is sold as a plan or bundle. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period shown at checkout and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Taxes may be added depending on your location. Failed payments can result in your account being paused until payment is completed.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless a refund window applies to your purchase.

Accounts terminated for a breach of the Usage Policy are not eligible for a refund.

4. Your content

You own the scripts, images, voiceovers and videos you generate with TubeOS X, subject to the licence terms of the underlying model providers and any stock media you upload.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service — rendering, publishing, previews and support.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Usage Policy. Do not generate illegal, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, and do not impersonate real people without permission.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you publish to, and for disclosing affiliate or sponsored relationships where required.

6. Third-party services

TubeOS X connects to services you authorise — for example your video channel, affiliate networks or messaging apps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use TubeOS X after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to TubeOS X is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect damages, including results from any content you publish.
